Mission Statement To provide the golf industry with the finest fitness and performance concepts, methods, products and certified expert professionals all seamlessly integrated into a comprehensive program designed to efficiently, effectively and ethically enhance on-course performance for golfers of all abilities and skill levels. Golf Swing We recognize that there are an infinite number of ways to swing the golf club, but only one efficient way for each individual. An individuals’ efficiency is based on their body type, injury history, skill level and physical ability. We measure efficiency by utilizing state-of-the-art technology to identify the golfers’ swing characteristics and kinematic sequence. Body We recognize that the body consists of an alternating pattern of stable segments connected by mobile joints. If this pattern is altered or compromised, dysfunction and compensation may occur leading to injury and/or poor performance. We evaluate the body to determine where the golfers’ system is compromised and if these limitations are directly affecting the swing motion.
