Golf Specific Performance Conditioning is the unique application of exercise techniques that address your physical swing faults as they relate to ‘key’ body factors.  These factors are individually screened by our Certified Conditioning Specialists.  Areas targeted during program design include mobility, stability, strength, power, balance and endurance needed to consistently perform your optimal golf swing.  

Service Menu:

Performance Conditioning Assessment (120 minutes)

Strength and conditioning  will not only help you generate more power, but also help you prevent injury and sustain a higher level of performance for a longer period of time using less energy.  The Performance Conditioning Assessment, performed by a Certified Conditioning Professional, includes body fat percentage, basal metabolic index, circumference measurements, target heart rate, strength, power, range-of-motion, positional strength, and neuroproprioceptive response (NPR) testing. The result is a personalized conditioning program implemented during a one-hour personal training session.

Systems targeted in personalized conditioning program
	A.  Golf Movement Screen-to determine weaknesses in strength and range of     motion
which will help your BodyWork more efficiently.
B.  Body Composition Screen- to your establish baseline, to monitor your success 
C.  Cardiovascular/Energy System Development Screen- to identify your current cardio function levels and determine any need for improvement.  Golf is a sport that requires quick bursts of energy coupled with sustained cardiovascular effort so you can play as well on the 1st hole as the 72nd.
D.  Power Testing- to establish a tangible number against which to measure strength gains in your program.  Power isn’t needed just for long drives. It also stabilizes your body whether taking a full swing for a drive or hitting a 5’ putt.
Individual Conditioning Sessions (45 minutes)
A Certified Conditioning Specialist will implement and progress you through your personalized conditioning program established during the Performance Conditioning Assessment.
Monthly Service Program
We can customize any type of monthly program to fit your budget and schedule, maximizing your workout or corrective exercise sessions ensuring your success.
Golf Exercise Class
One of our Performance Specialists will lead a 1-hour, 3x/week group exercise program over a 6-week period.  Each week will feature a new topic related to golf fitness such as mobility, stability, strength, power and complete golf-specific conditioning.
