Performance BodyWork Evaluation

A Licensed Medical Professional will conduct a thorough musculoskeletal evaluation, including the use of the Posture Pro V2, Postural Assessment Tool. This evaluation will examine your range of motion, flexibility, joint stability and strength as they relate to your golf swing. Your specific physical swing faults will be identified with use of on-site 2-D Video technology.
After completion of the Performance BodyWork Evaluation, our Licensed Medical Professional will be able to create a unique treatment prescription to correct any imbalances or impedances to your golf swing. The end result is a full written report recommending your personalized service intervention as well as an individualized corrective exercise program.

Individual BodyWork Session

This treatment consists of a one-on-one hands-on session with our Licensed Medical Professional. Joint and soft tissue mobilization is a safe and effective way to increase the flexibility of impaired muscles and joints. These highly effective techniques address issues that result when tissues come under tension during your swing. These techniques will allow a smooth, fluid golf swing free from tight muscles and tissues that cause pain and swing faults.

Additional techniques that may be utilized with this service include:

A.	Graston Technique® - a tool assisted soft tissue technique
B.	Vibracussor® Technique – a mechanical soft tissue compression approach
C.	Active Isolated Stretching - The Mattes Method for Golf.
D.	ATM2 – Upright treatment table used to minimize the effects of muscle imbalances and acute pain while re-setting the neuromuscular system.
E.	MAT - Gets to the root of pain or injury by addressing muscle weakness rather than muscle tightness. This helps to restore normal body alignment, thereby, decreasing pain and reducing the risk of injury.

Corrective Exercise Session

Our licensed medical professional will help you implement your personalized corrective exercise program created during the Performance Body Work Evaluation. This exercise approach focuses on the minimizing muscle imbalances that specifically effect swing technique.
