This simple device is used to demonstrate to all golfers just what their base of support consists of!
This thin 1/4'' board is the perfect size to fit under most feet. Ideally the top edge is placed just under the balls of the feet and the bottom edge just under the heels. This creates and demonstrates the actaul base of support for each golfer. In addition, this surface will create a slight balance challenge in which the golfer can be made more aware of just how to control their center of gravity.
