The LeaderBoard is used to develop both muscle function and motor skill (movement patterns) and to aid golfers in all aspects of physical preparation. By using the LeaderBoard, the golfer develops the leg muscles needed, builds a solid base of support and learns the correct movement patterns needed for golf. Many teaching pros are using the LeaderBoard during their lessons in an attempt to expose players to these correct movement patterns thus enabling the golfer to develop a correct swing pattern more quickly.
